Eli and I took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather today by playing outside. He really seems to enjoy being outdoors; it is the perfect antidote to any crabby behavior. At first when we were sitting on the front step watching the leaves fall from the tree, he was attempting to crane his neck as far back as he could to see where they were coming from.

After getting to spend time with you all day yesterday and this morning I realized all over again what a blessing and the best thing that has come into all of our lives as I’m sure you realize after having an audience around you every second we get.
Your content, lovable, happy, bubbly self is a true reflection of your mother. She may be in your face a lot…but in the end she will definitely be the greatest teacher and mother you could ask for…with the exception of Grandma! ☺
I can’t wait to see you again Wednesday and hopefully hear you ROAR and smile again! ☺
